To know whether your Sync Module is powered on, check if any light appears on the device.
If there are no lights on your Blink Sync Module 2, there is no power in the device. Usually, this occurs when you connect the Sync Module to a faulty power outlet or power adapter. Using a damaged cable with the Sync Module can also cause it to lose power.
