Reinstall the Batteries

- Insert the battery back in. Next, locate the Reset button (you can find it below the Thumb Turn—a small black button).
- Now, press and hold the Reset button for about 20 seconds. Next, the lock will beep, showing the reset is successful.
This reset method works for most Hornbill Fingerprint Smart Lock models. If it doesn’t work for you, refer to your user manual for reset instructions.
