How to Fix Wyze Sense Hub Connectivity Problems

Ensure that Your Wyze Sense Hub is Connected to Power

If your Wyze Sense Hub is not connected to power, it won’t connect to the internet. So, when the Wyze Sense Hub doesn’t connect, check if the device is powered on.

Your Wyze Sense Hub is connected to power if there are one or more lights on the device. But if you don’t find any lights on the hub, the plug for the device may have loosened from your power outlet. Insert the plug into the power outlet properly to fix this issue.

If the lights on your Wyze Sense Hub don’t turn on after this, your power outlet may be faulty. Plug the hub into another power outlet to resolve the problem.

Your Wyze Sense Hub should be powered on now, and the device should connect to your account. However, if the hub doesn’t connect, move on to the next step.

If your Wyze Sense Hub isn’t connecting, your Wyze app might be outdated. There might be a glitch in your outdated Wyze app preventing the hub from connecting.
