Meross light bulbs (as of now) can only connect to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi frequency. If you have a dual-band router that changes bandwidth automatically, your bulb will disconnect whenever the router switches to the 5GHz Wi-Fi band.
Check your router and set it to run on the 2.4GHz frequency only. Next, check the app to see if the bulb is now online.
4. Update the App
As mentioned above, running an outdated version of the Meross app could result in issues like this. If you’re using an Android device, check Google Play Store to see if there are new updates to the Meross app and update it. For an iOS device, check Apple App Store and update the Meross app (if there are new updates).

5. Perform a Factory Reset

- Turn off the bulb via the control switch.
- Now turn it on and off five times. Then turn it on and leave it on.
